We are looking for an IT Support professional to provide technical assistance and maintain computer systems, networks, and software. The ideal candidate should have good troubleshooting skills, basic IT knowledge, and the ability to support users effectively. Responsibilities include installing and configuring systems, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure systems and applications
- Provide technical support to users
- Manage user accounts and passwords
- Maintain IT equipment and systems
- Perform system updates and backups
- Monitor cybersecurity and antivirus protection
- Keep records of IT issues and solutions
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related field
- Basic knowledge of computers, networks, and operating systems
- Skills in troubleshooting and technical support
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and common software
- Previous IT support experience or internship (preferred)
