SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - DIGITAL BANKING

JOB PROFILE
- Understand the business requirement of multiple stakeholders.
- Identify the current - state and future - state business processes and convert the requirements into user stories by adopting to the agile SDLC.
- Assist business stakeholders to envision the future depending on the necessity.
- Create, analyze and validate detailed functional specifications in an agile manner.
- Facilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define solutions.
- Deliver elements of business requirements including high-level systems design, business rules, wire frames, acceptance criteria or any other detailed deliverable.
- Support the QA and UAT to ensure that the specifications are delivered.
- Perform post implementation review to make sure change objectives are achieved.
- Execute business analysis role in multiple projects assigned by PMO.
APPLICANT'S PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree specialised in IT / ICT / Finance / Business Administration.
- Minimum five (05) years of experience in enterprise business analysis including three (03) years of experience in Agile Framework.
- Conversant with the Banking domain, including Digital Banking, Core Banking and Retail Banking, is considered a significant advantage.
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing digital banking processes such as customer onboarding, loan origination, KY C/ AML, transaction monitoring, and payments.
- Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
- Understanding of agile methodologies, software development life cycle and relational databases.
