Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive – Student Enrollments to our team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years work experience in student recruitment, admissions, or enrollment management, preferably in higher education.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Knowledge of student recruitment strategies, admissions processes, and enrollment management best practices.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in office software applications, student information systems, and database management.
Job Description
- Achieve or exceed enrollment targets
- Handle incoming leads from various (hotline, social media, Google, WhatsApp) and assign leads to counselors on a rotational basis.
- Maintain accurate databases of leads, walk-in customers and other relevant data.
- Ensure data accuracy for timely report generation.
- Ensure the required number of participants attend allocated events and provide event support, including setup and organization as needed.
- Develop and schedule contents for SMS and WhatsApp campaigns.
