EXECUTIVE – STUDENT RELATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or a higher diploma in marketing from a recognized university/institute
REQUIREMENTS
- Age between 25 - 35 years with outgoing personality
- Fluency in Sinhala and English. Knowledge in Tamil will be an added advantage
- Good communication, coordination, analytical and convincing skills
- Good telephone etiquette and handling customers professionally
- Positive attitude, self – confidence, flexibility, time management and multi-tasking
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good knowledge in Ms. Excel
- Minimum 1 year experience in client service or customer support
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiating student call campaigns and other Social Media campaigns
- Following – up actions on student renewals
- Building a strong rapport with newly registered, active and inactive students
- Maintaining records, analyze and report the progress of campaigns on daily/frequently basis
- Arranging frequent follow up actions based on responses
- Planning and executing events to retain students by liaising with Manager - Registration & Membership
