Business Analyst - AI/ML
We are looking for an ambitious, motivated, and result-driven Business Analyst with experience in AI/ML-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will proactively bridge the gap between business needs and data science teams, translating requirements into actionable insights and supporting the development, validation, and deployment of AI models to drive measurable business impact. Strong analytical thinking, adaptability, and stakeholder collaboration are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI/ML initiatives.
- Translate business problems into data-driven use cases and analytical solutions.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to define model objectives and success criteria.
- Interpret model outputs and present insights in a clear, business-friendly manner.
- Assist in defining KPIs and evaluation metrics for AI models (e.g., accuracy, business impact, ROI).
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for AI adoption.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for AI/ML solutions and validate outputs against business expectations.
- Create dashboards, reports, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Ensure AI solutions align with regulatory, compliance, and business policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, IT, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and data analytics.
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills (BRD, FRD, user stories).
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience on AI/ML or data science projects, including understanding of the model lifecycle and data collection, training, validation, deployment, monitoring.
- Knowledge of statistical concepts and data interpretation.
Added Advantage
- Experience in Finance, Credit Risk, or Pricing Models.
- Understanding of AI ethics, bias, and fairness considerations.
