Full Time
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education Administration, Management, or a Related Field.
- Fresh Graduates are Encouraged to Apply.
- Candidates with Strong Academic Backgrounds and Excellent Communication Skills will be Given Preference.
Experience
- Prior Experience in Academic Coordination or Administration will be considered an Added Advantage, but is not Mandatory.
- Familiarity with Higher Education Environments or Academic Operations will be Beneficial.
- Exposure to Engineering Disciplines such as Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical & Mechatronic, Civil Engineering & Construction, or Business Management Disciplines will be considered an Added Advantage.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent Command of Written and Spoken English is Essential.
- Strong Coordination, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to work Independently and handle Multiple Tasks Efficiently.
- Good Organizational and Time Management Skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Email Communication.
- Ideally Below 35 years of Age.
- Flexibility to Work on Weekends with Two Weekdays Off.
