ACADEMIC COORDINATOR

Full Time

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education Administration, Management, or a Related Field.
  • Fresh Graduates are Encouraged to Apply.
  • Candidates with Strong Academic Backgrounds and Excellent Communication Skills will be Given Preference.

Experience

  • Prior Experience in Academic Coordination or Administration will be considered an Added Advantage, but is not Mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Higher Education Environments or Academic Operations will be Beneficial.
  • Exposure to Engineering Disciplines such as Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical & Mechatronic, Civil Engineering & Construction, or Business Management Disciplines will be considered an Added Advantage.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent Command of Written and Spoken English is Essential.
  • Strong Coordination, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Ability to work Independently and handle Multiple Tasks Efficiently.
  • Good Organizational and Time Management Skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Email Communication.
  • Ideally Below 35 years of Age.
  • Flexibility to Work on Weekends with Two Weekdays Off.
