MANDARIN SPEAKING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OFFICER

REQUIREMENTS

Must-have

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
• 1–2 years of experience serving Chinese customers, ideally within a Chinese-managed company.
• Understanding of Chinese social media platforms such as WeChat, XiaoHongShu (Little Red Book), and Douyin.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage clients across the travel, automotive, and IT sectors.

Nice-to-have

• Experience in car rental, IT services, or inbound tourism.
• Existing network in Chinese community or Chinese outbound tourism operators.

Age

• Below 35 years

Work from Home Requirements & Setup

• Working hours: 4:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable equipment.
• Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
• Availability to work a minimum of 40–48 hours per week.

Good Computer Skills

• Strong email correspondence skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; advanced Excel skills are an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools, digital productivity platforms, customer service systems, or online learning platforms is highly desirable.
