A Degree/HND/Diploma in Marketing or a Related field.

Experience

n- Fresh Graduates with a Strong Interest in Achieving Target-Based Commissions are Encouraged to Apply, OR
n- Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Student Recruitment, Preferably in a Higher Education Institute.
n- Proven Experience in Achieving or Exceeding Sales/Enrolment Targets.
n- Hands-on Experience Using CRM Systems, Google Apps, and Sales Tracking Tools.

Skills and Competencies
n
n- English & Tamil Fluency and High Computer Literacy.
n- Well Organised to Meet Deadlines and Achieve Sales Targets.
n- Strong Intention to Actively Generate Leads and Convert Prospects into Enrolled Students.
n- Excellent Communication Skills to Effectively Manage the Student Registration Cycle, from Initial Inquiry to Successful Enrolment.
