As part of our expansion strategy, we are diversifying into Tourism, eCommerce, and Education verticals. To support this growth, we are looking to onboard Manager/ Assistant Manager – Sales & Business Development to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve individual and organizational targets
  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies aligned with company goals
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments
  • Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, account management, and upselling
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report on KPIs to management
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure effective execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure sales processes, best practices, and CRM systems are effectively followed

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 – 4 years of experience in sales and business development, with proven experience managing a sales team
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and negotiation
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
  • Experience in software service industry will be an advantage
