Job Description

  • Coordinate with the Transport Division to ensure all deliveries are completed on time. Monitor invoice values and delivery costs to ensure efficiency.
  • Deliver goods only to the customers or locations specified in the invoice.
  • Ensure proper acknowledgment is obtained on invoices by the delivery coordinator and drivers.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Division & Finance Division on related matters as needed.
  • Ensure all official documents (Invoice, Credit Notes, Return Notes, etc.) are systematically filed and maintained in an organized manner.
  • Assist the Sales Team in collecting goods or sample stocks from the outside stores.
  • Provide various stocks related reports as requested by the management.

Work Experience and Other Requirements

  • GCE A/L.
  • Experience in supply chain Management, warehouse or Inventory Management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of cold chain product handling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Inventory management software.
  • Willingness to work long hours as needed.
  • Preference will be given to candidates residing near the Peliyagoda/ Wattala area.
