QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or certificate in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the production field will be an added advantage.
- Good leadership and team-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Monitor machine operations and workforce productivity.
- Maintain safety, discipline, and good housekeeping in the production area.
- Report production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
