SALES EXECUTIVE

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Colombo. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing the sales process from lead generation to closing, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research to identify potential customers, preparing sales presentations, responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and close deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in conducting market research and developing sales strategies.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic understanding of sales software and tools.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Prior experience in the luxury goods or home solutions industry is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.

Having a valid riding license would be an advantage.
