Secretary to Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking a professional secretary to provide service to the Managing Director and C.E.O. (One person)

Required qualification:

  • LLB Degree (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university or hold the professional qualification as an Attorney at Law.
  • Professional qualification or academic background in Human Resources / Business Administration / Management.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role middle or supporting senior management.
  • Sound knowledge of corporate governance, legal documentation, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent secretarial and administrative skills.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English essential; Sinhala/Tamil an advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to the CEO/MD.
  • Draft, review, and manage legal correspondence, contracts, board papers, and official documentation.
  • Coordinate board meetings and executive meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
  • Assist with HR and administrative functions as required.
  • Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor follow-ups on strategic decisions and ensure timely execution of action points.
