HR & Administrative Executive

JOB PROFILE

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team, responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/Business Management or equivalent from a recognized university/institute
  • 2 or more years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the construction Industry will be an added advantage
  • Sound knowledge of Labour laws and regulations
  • Ensuring effective communication between management and staff.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Assisting with the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Excellent reporting skills & document management.
  • Should be able to keeping records of employee data, performance appraisals, leave, and other HR-related information.
  • Administration experience with exposure dealing with queries, and problem-solving.
  • Able to work with the minimum supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be a proactive
  • Age below 35 years
