We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Supervisor (Night Shift) to lead, mentor, and drive performance within our operations team. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and ensure deliverables are met consistently.
  • Set internal targets and goals for team members and revise them as needed.
  • Manage team performance while ensuring operational targets and quality standards are achieved.
  • Train and guide new agents on relevant processes.
  • Implement, manage, and improve operational processes.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Provide detailed quality assurance feedback and conduct performance appraisals.
  • Coordinate with Team Leads and Assistant Team Leads to ensure smooth daily operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 4-6 years of experience in revenue cycle management or supervisory experience in a BPO/customer-centric organization.
  • Degree in Business Management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience managing a team of 20–30 individuals.
  • Age below 35 years.
  • Open to work according to standard US hours and calendar.
