SUPERVISOR
(Night Shift)
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Supervisor (Night Shift) to lead, mentor, and drive performance within our operations team. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and ensure deliverables are met consistently.
- Set internal targets and goals for team members and revise them as needed.
- Manage team performance while ensuring operational targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Train and guide new agents on relevant processes.
- Implement, manage, and improve operational processes.
- Maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Provide detailed quality assurance feedback and conduct performance appraisals.
- Coordinate with Team Leads and Assistant Team Leads to ensure smooth daily operations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 4-6 years of experience in revenue cycle management or supervisory experience in a BPO/customer-centric organization.
- Degree in Business Management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience managing a team of 20–30 individuals.
- Age below 35 years.
- Open to work according to standard US hours and calendar.
