SENIOR MANAGER (LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT | NIGHT SHIFT)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager - Learning & Development to lead our learning and capability development functions. This leadership role will drive enterprise-wide learning strategies, strengthen workforce readiness, and support long-term talent development across the organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building high-performing teams, enhancing employee capabilities, and aligning learning initiatives with business objectives.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement end-to-end learning and development strategies aligned with business goals and workforce capability needs.
  • Develop and continuously improve onboarding, soft skills, role readiness, and behavioural training programs.
  • Manage a structured 6-month onboarding and learning framework to ensure smooth integration and early performance readiness of new joiners.
  • Introduce modern learning approaches such as micro-learning, blended learning, simulations, and experiential training methods.
  • Oversee daily L&D operations including scheduling, resource planning, trainer coordination, and ensuring consistent program delivery.
  • Monitor and enhance training quality through trainer evaluations, audits, feedback systems, and capability development initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention through structured onboarding support, 1:1 check-ins, buddy systems, and early risk identification with targeted interventions.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis, manage CPD programs, and use data-driven insights (dashboards, performance metrics, ROI tracking) to continuously improve learning impact and business outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 12-15 years of overall experience in Learning & Development functions and minimum 5 years of proven experience in a managerial or leadership role
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights and reports
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive outcomes across teams
  • Open to work according to standard US hours and calendar. (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM SLT)
