Assistant Manager - IT
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP ERP system support, implementation, and workflow automation across sector companies.
- Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networks, CCTV systems, and connectivity across multiple locations.
- Manage Microsoft 365 (O365), SharePoint, email systems, and user access administration.
- Ensure data backup, recovery, and IT security compliance across all systems.
- Handle vendor management and procurement of IT products and services.
- Develop and implement IT governance, policies, SOPs, and documentation.
- Monitor voice, data, and internet services for uninterrupted operations.
- Conduct IT awareness sessions and support end-user training.
- Support digital transformation and continuous IT process improvements.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and networking. Knowledge of SAP can be considered an added advantage.
- Minimum 4 years proven working experience
- Experience in CCTV, connectivity, and IT security practices.
- Good understanding of IT governance and vendor management.
- Certifications like ITIL / Microsoft / Cisco will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and partners.
- Commitment and desire to achieve personal and company goals.
- High interpersonal and analytical skills
- Preference will be given to those who are from Ekala, Gampaha or around proximity
