EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and ensure smooth office operations. The role involves managing administrative tasks, project coordination, and document handling.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Administrative & Scheduling Support
- Manage and organize calendar (meetings, calls, site visits).
- Coordinate travel (local & international).
- Prepare reminders and daily/weekly task lists.
- Draft emails or responses.
- Follow up with vendors, clients, or team members.
- Tracking KPI reporting accuracy from departments.
- Preparing board pack for monthly board meetings.
Project Coordination
- Help track progress across different ventures.
- Create basic reports or updates on project milestones.
- Coordinating between departments or external partners.
Document & Communication Management
- Organize digital files, folders, and notes.
- Take meeting notes and summarize key action items.
- Attending meetings.
- Prepare presentations or proposals based on your input.

- Highly organized but adaptable.
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Canva, Excel, Notion/Odoo would be a plus).
