Sous Chef
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and support smooth and on-time service.
- Creative menu development with cost control awareness
- Assist management with menu preparation, ordering and stock control.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a sous chef.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations.
Sales representative
- Promote hotel rooms and services to corporate and leisure clients.
- Handle enquiries, follow up with clients, and support reservations.
- Help achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Experience in hotel sales or a related sales role.
- Persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Sinhala and English.
- Knowledge of hotel services and sales processes.
Restaurant Supervisor
- Strong leadership and people management Skills
- Oversee restaurant operations and help management with daily opening and closing duties.
- Good guest relations and communication abilities
- Manage shifts and handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and presentation.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in Hospitality. (Mainly 1 year or more)
- Good bar knowledge and experience of working behind the bar.
- Knowledge of hotel services and sales processes.
