We are a medium-sized wine distributing company established in March 2012. Our current product range limited to imported wines and liquors. Currently, we are distributing wine, spices and tea to Sri Lankan hotels, Supermarkets and retail shops.

POST OF GRADUATE / TRAINEE - SALES

KANDY DISTRICT

We are a leading beverage distribution company looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence in the Colombo district. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy self-starter with a passion for sales and marketing, dedicated to achieving targets and building strong client relationships. This position requires someone who can take initiative to find new opportunities and grow our business.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets for food and beverage products within the designated territory.
• Conduct market visits to existing and potential clients of retail trade.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Manage and follow up on customer orders and inquiries to ensure a smooth sales process.

Skills and Qualifications

• Age below 28 years.
• Computer literacy with MS Excel, Word and E-mail.
• Possession of a valid driving license for a motorcycle.
• A good personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Living in Kandy District.
• Basic negotiation skills / Person who can associate many people and who love to travel or visit new people.
