MULTI DUTY CLERK

We are looking for a responsible and detail oriented individual to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Data entry and updating information in the system
  • Entering delivery letters and maintaining records
  • Typing and entering courier AWB details in Easy Day system
  • Maintaining filing systems for policies, claims, and other documents
  • Monitoring debit note documents
  • Filling up claim forms when necessary
  • Entering letter details and organizing documentation
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing mails/couriers
  • Assisting with general administrative duties

Requirements

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Previous experience in administration will be an added advantage
