SENIOR EXECUTIVE
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT (FREIGHT OFFICE - BORELLA)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accept bookings and coordinate space reservations & container release orders.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable government regulations.
- Collaborate with agents, service providers, customers, and internal teams to streamline the Export/Import customer service process.
- Track and trace all shipments, providing customers with regular tracking reports.
- Follow up on payments to service providers and agents to ensure timely settlement.
- Provide end-to-end support to customers throughout the shipping process.
- Ensure timely delivery of invoices and follow up on outstanding payments from debtors.
- Actively participate in process development and provide customized solutions designed to meet business needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Freight Forwarding.
- Experience of working in ERP system.
- Experience in NVOCC Operation would be an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
