SALES MANAGER
Experior Hospitality
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the hospitality industry
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets
- Collaborate with designing and other departments to drive business growth
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and guest retention
- Promote hospitality services and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and leisure clients
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, restaurants, or related sectors)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience handling client inquiries and over-the-phone sales professionally
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of hospitality market trends and customer expectations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
