SALES MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the hospitality industry
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets
  • Collaborate with designing and other departments to drive business growth
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and guest retention
  • Promote hospitality services and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and leisure clients

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, restaurants, or related sectors)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience handling client inquiries and over-the-phone sales professionally
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of hospitality market trends and customer expectations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
