PLANNING EXECUTIVE

This role is responsible for the preparation of accurate production schedules, ensuring the availability of all the resources required for a smooth production process while following up on schedules until delivery. The individual should analyze data, as required and ensure accurate record keeping and management of data.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the resources are in place to meet the capacity forecasts.
• Ensure accurate schedules are prepared and managed inline with the material plan.
• Continuous follow up and reviewing of the published production schedules up to delivery.
• Ensure the ERP and other related systems are maintained up-to-date.
• Analyse and prepare required reports in support of the operation.
• Maintain a sound relationship with both internal and external /offshore entities

Profile & Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree / diploma in Science / Mathematics / Statistics
• Preferably 3 years of experience in production planning.
• Sound knowledge of production and operational procedures.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
