PRIORITY CARE PATIENT HANDLING COORDINATOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Priority Care patients, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience from admission through discharge.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, procedures, and follow-ups, ensuring efficient patient flow and minimal wait times.
- Liaise between patients, clinical staff, and administrative departments to facilitate clear communication and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with insurance verifications, billing inquiries, and discharge planning to ensure a stress-free process.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential; additional local languages are an advantage.
- Educational Qualification: A Diploma or higher qualification in Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Business, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer handling, client services, or front-office operations.
- Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry.
- Other Attributes: Strong analytical abilities, effective multitasking skills, and sound decision-making under pressure.
