Job Description
Manager/ Assistant Manager – Sales/ Marketing will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strong relationships with clients and advertising agencies, and identifying new business opportunities within the digital media landscape. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, negotiation, and market development skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, and advertising agencies.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end client coordination, from pitching to campaign execution.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal creative and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing, preferably in digital media, advertising, or related industries.
- Proven experience in dealing with clients, agencies, and corporate accounts.
- Strong network within the advertising/media industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, and media trends.
- Professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
