EXECUTIVE - CUSTOMER SERVICE (AUS CALENDAR - AUS SHIFT)

H Connect International is a leading BPO company offering outsourcing services to clients based in the US, UK, and Australia. We are a subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group, a billion-dollar conglomerate with a 125-year legacy. We are looking for an Executive – Customer Service to join our team. This role involves making high-volume outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting and selling company products or services, converting leads into sales, and consistently achieving daily and monthly targets through effective communication and persistence.

The Job:

  • Own a portfolio of priority accounts and meet SLAs/KPIs.
  • Investigate and resolve escalated complaints and billing disputes.
  • Communicate proactively on service updates, renewals and releases.
  • Process complex invoicing, credits and PO management; reconcile discrepancies.
  • Produce service metrics reports and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer service or account coordination.
  • Advanced CRM and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
