SNR EXECUTIVE - CUSTOMER SERVICE / OPERATIONS
Duties and Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Pricing
- Sending Quotation to Customers
- Agent coordination upcoming shipments
- Payment's Follow up
- Following up from our existing customers FCL forms collection
- Sending Status reports to customers
- Sending Vessel tracking reports to customers
Operations
- Handling Import and Export documentation and coordinating with shipping lines.
- Maintaining proper records on all documents and dispatch to consignee on time.
- Submitting E Manifest / SLPA to Sri Lanka Customs , Ports Authority
- Handling Container Deposit Refunds.
- Be on standby 24/7 to attend operations and handle emergency requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Male candidates encourage to apply.
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar industry.
- Hands on Experience with Ms Office package.
- Successful completion of GCE A/L Examination & Possess credit passes for English & Mathematics in GCE O/L Examination as the least qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar capacity will be added advantage.
