We are looking for Assistant Sales Manager – Solar
Panasia Power PLC (PAP) is a leading supplier of clean, renewable energy to Sri Lanka's national energy grid. Established in 2002 with support from the Board of Investment, PAP operates three Mini-Hydro Power Plants with ground and rooftop solar plants to provide affordable, sustainable, and reliable energy to the country. With a vision of enhancing the power requirement of the region while preserving the environment, PAP is committed to a brighter, cleaner, and more sustainable future. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Assistant Sales Manager-Solar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Assist in managing and motivating the solar sales team.
- Identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
- Coordinate with technical and operational teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
- Support marketing and promotional activities related to solar solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Good understanding of solar energy products and services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. (Proficiency in Sinhala, English, and Tamil will be an added advantage)
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Immediate availability and ability to join upon selection will be an added advantage.
