Executive - Payroll (Aus Calendar - Aus Shift)
H Connect International is a leading BPO company offering outsourcing services to clients based in the US, UK, and Australia. We are a subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group, a billion-dollar conglomerate with a 125-year legacy. We are looking for an Executive – Payroll to join our team. This role involves processing payroll accurately, applying knowledge of awards, NES, and payroll tax, utilizing payroll systems and Excel, maintaining high attention to detail, and leveraging prior payroll experience to ensure timely and compliant employee payments.
The Job:
- Process timesheets, starters, changes and terminations.
- Assist with wage, super, leave and PAYG calculations.
- Handle employee queries and STP information.
- Assist with GL reconciliation and period reporting.
- Maintain confidential records and monitor award updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in payroll processing roles.
- Knowledge of awards, NES, and payroll tax basics.
- Payroll systems proficiency and Excel skills.
- High attention to detail.
