BUSINESS MANAGER - CONSUMER

A leading Pharmaceutical Company with its own manufacturing arm representing the marketing and operational interests of leading multinationals, with an annual turnover approximately SLRs. 20 billion and a staff strength of over 1000. We help not only to save lives but also to add life to years.

The continuous expansion programmes at hand necessitate the recruitment of a competent professional to join us as a Business Manager to the Consumer Division. The Person is required to brand the existing product portfolio whilst navigating the evolving consumer landscape to bring growth and sustainability to the Consumer function of the Company.

Candidate Profile:

• Posses a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent qualification from a recognized University/Institution and having a Masters Degree would be an added advantage
• Be below 40 years of age
• Posses minimum 05 years of professional experience in Consumer Sales and Marketing
• Be able to lead a team of professionals to derive expected outcomes
• Possess a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior and competitive landscape
• Have excellent command of written and spoken English and Sinhala/Tamil
