SENIOR EXECUTIVE - QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Vebuild Innovations by NCG (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive - Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will support project cost management, estimation, and procurement activities while working closely with project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field (experience in the civil industry will be an added advantage).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation techniques, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in quantity take-off software, cost estimation tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Team player with a proactive and flexible approach.
Key Requirements:
- Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
- Support procurement processes, including material take-offs, supplier coordination, and cost comparisons.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and assist in cost control and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
