MULTI SKILLED ENGINEERS
We are seeking highly motivated, technically proficient, multi-skilled Engineers to join our engineering division in Seeduwa within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidates will possess strong expertise in factory automation, high-speed production equipment, and industrial maintenance practices, along with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize modern bottling and packaging systems.
- Deep understanding of bottling, packaging and factory automation.
- Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs, industrial automation, electrical control systems, servo systems, Cartesian robotics, and industrial communication protocols such as Profibus, ASi, ProfiNet, and Ethernet.
- Proven ability in executing and improving Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) to reduce Mean Time between Failures (MTBF)
Qualifications ,Experience & Skills
- Bachelor of Technology (Btech) / Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechatronics / Electronic Engineering/factory automation.
- Certification of registration with the local engineering council (IESL)
- Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in multi-skilled maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience of 2 to 3 years in a beverage, dairy, food processing, or FMCG bottling plant environment will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SCADA, and AutoCAD and Solid works, Proteus, Python.
