INTERN - IT SUPPORT

INFRASTRUCTURE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining desktops, laptops and IT related devices.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Providing training and support to end users on the use of hardware and software.
• Collaborating with other professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure.

WHAT YOU BRING?

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Information Technology, specializing in Networking/IT, from a recognized university, with knowledge of computer hardware and software, familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Mac, the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
