Senior Executive - Accounts
Varun Beverages is the second largest PepsiCo franchisee in the world (outside the US) of carbonated soft drinks and noncarbonated beverages sold under trademarks owned by PepsiCo like Pepsi, 7up, Miranda, Mountain Dew, Sting, Ole Brands & Aquafina, we are in the process of strengthening our team and looking for a best potential candidate to join our team.
Job Profile
- Handle and process all payments related to Company in accordance with company policies and timelines.
- Prepare and maintain the monthly VAT schedule for Company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
- Manage the MIRO process in SAP for vendor invoices, ensuring proper matching and posting.
- Post month-end provision entries into the system accurately and within deadlines.
- Scan documents, attach them to the system, and maintain proper filing for audit and compliance purposes.
Personal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting operations, preferably with exposure to SAP.
- Proficiency in SAP (FI module).
- Strong knowledge of VAT compliance and accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of payment processing and tax compliance.
- Ability to manage month-end closing activities.
