Team Lead - Financial Services

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit & loss statements by store/region.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, including Accruals and prepayments, Cost allocations (labour, overheads, shared costs).
  • Perform reconciliations and month-end closure tasks.
  • ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP and reporting tools Tableau, Power BI will be utilized.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and audit requirements.

Qualifications

  • A person that possesses a Bachelor's degree or Professional Qualification in related field from a recognized Institute.
  • More than 4 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Experience in Record to Report (R2R) is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • A person that has strong client management skills.
  • Previous exposure with foreign clients/stakeholders is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage SLAs and timelines.
  • Willingness to work for the UK Time (12:30 - 9:30 PM) and Calendar.
