Key Responsibilities
- Visit salons and other local businesses
- Speak with owners and managers to understand their needs
- Promote appointment booking, inventory, and service tracking software
- Explain product benefits clearly and confidently
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Report daily sales activity and customer feedback
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
- Willing to travel and do field visits
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Software, POS, salon system, or business solution sales experience will be an advantage
- Having a motorbike with a valid driving license is an added advantage
- School leavers with strong communication skills may also apply
