Administration Assistant

Job Functions (Medical Device Company)
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and department heads
- Maintain accurate records of medical device documents, licenses, and certifications
- Assist with preparation, filing, and tracking of regulatory documents (NMRA / MSD / SPC as applicable)
- Coordinate office correspondence, emails, phone calls, and courier services
- Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and basic reports as required
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical and electronic) for contracts, tenders, and suppliers
- Support tender documentation preparation and submission processes
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Liaise with suppliers, distributors, hospitals, and government institutions
- Assist HR with attendance records, leave tracking, and staff documentation
- Monitor office supplies and place purchase requests when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality procedures, and confidentiality requirements
Profile
- Positive minded male candidates
- Passed G.C.E. O/L & G.C.E. A/L (School Leavers are invited to apply)
- Between 25 – 28 years
- Should be able to work on Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Having a valid Riding license and a motorbike is compulsory
- Should be able to communicate in English Reading & Writing
