Business Development Executive
Varun Beverages is the second largest PepsiCo franchisee in the world (outside the US) of carbonated soft drinks and noncarbonated beverages sold under trademarks owned by PepsiCo like Pepsi, 7up, Miranda, Mountain Dew, Sting, Ole Brands & Aquafina, we are in the process of strengthening our team and looking for a best potential candidate to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business within the food service (HORECA) segment.
- Identify and onboard new customers such as Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and Catering services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (volume and revenue).
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Conduct regular market visits and maintain a strong presence in the assigned territory.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage receivables.
- Plan and execute promotional activities and product placements.
Personal Profile
- To possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the food service or HORECA segment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Age should be below 35 years.
