ABOUT THE ROLE

The Head of Operations is responsible for the end-to-end performance, consistency, and scalability of operations at our flagship studio. This is a highly execution-focused leadership role that blends commercial ownership, operational rigour, and team performance management.

You will be accountable for ensuring that the studio operates at the highest standard across client experience, financial performance, team productivity, and process adherence; while continuously improving systems to support growth.

This role requires strong attention to detail, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to translate strategy into disciplined, repeatable execution on the ground.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own revenue & commercial management of the studio, Driving monthly sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Design and manage operational performance, adhering to operating standards and addressing gaps and corrective action to ensure the smooth running of the studio.
  • Oversee client advisory and front-of-house operations to ensure premium service standards are delivered to our clients online and in-house. Introduce new systems and automation where necessary
  • Handle class scheduling, rostering, and studio capacity optimisation and translate to systems as needed
  • Oversee performance of all studio resources, including studio managers, client advisors, and trainers
  • Drive accountability through structured KPI tracking and performance reviews for all roles related to the studio
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries and provide data-driven insights to leadership for decision-making

YOU'LL BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU

  • Hold 6+ years of experience in management, operations or marketing, preferably in a service businesses (wellness, hospitality, retail, or fitness)
  • Have strong commercial acumen with proven experience managing revenue and cost drivers
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented with a systems-thinking mindset
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to drive accountability
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Are fully present. You show up on time, you follow through on commitments, and you notice things before you're told to
  • Are looking to grow. We want someone who will learn the studio deeply and take on more responsibility over time
