DESIGNATION: EXECUTIVE – INTERNATIONAL SALES OPERATIONS

COMPANY NAME: CEYLON BISCUITS LIMITED

LOCATION: PANNIPITIYA

ROLE PROFILE

  • Manage the daily communication and operational requirements (orders, shipments, payments, new product developments, etc.) of buyers.
  • Collaborate with the Production, QA, R&D, Procurement, logistics and the Brand Marketing teams in the Confectionery and Food Cluster of the CBL group in delivering the Buyer requirements.
  • Manage the product launches, marketing and promotional requirements and the A&P budget allocations in the assigned markets.
  • Support achievement of the revenue, growth and profit targets of the assigned markets.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reviews of sales performance for the management of the assigned markets.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Degree in International Marketing and/or fully or partially qualified in CIM/SLIM.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing International Key accounts / Buyers in an export-oriented company.
  • Experience in working on SAP or an ERP system.
  • Good command in written and verbal English.
  • Good presentation and numerical skills.
  • Computer literacy with sound knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • A good team player with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic marketing environment.
