WE'RE LOOKING FOR A MEDICAL COORDINATOR
We are TruVic Consumer Pvt Ltd, a Marketing and Distribution organization focused on delivering high quality cosmetics, cosmeceuticals, nutraceuticals, personal care, and Over The Counter (OTC) products to the Sri Lankan and Maldives markets.
We are looking for a senior medical professional to join our team as a Medical Coordinator to lead and promote a newly launched range of borderline & herbal products.
Pre-requisites
- 3-4 years of experience in managing or coordinating a team with strong grassroots-level medical marketing experience
- A seasoned professional with strong medical networks and industry connections
- Ability to lead, guide, and manage a team of Product Specialists to achieve success
- Solid understanding of territory planning, doctor reach, visit frequency, and impact planning
- Good knowledge of hospital networks, distributors, doctors, and pharmacists
- A degree in Bioscience, Medical, or Marketing
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and build instant rapport
- A passionate, energetic, and committed personality willing to work long hours when required
- Ability to work effectively in an SFA (Sales Force Automation) environment
- Should have a valid driving license and should be willing to work in any part of the Island
