Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • PROVIDE DAY-TO-DAY IT SUPPORT FOR HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, PRINTERS, AND NETWORK-RELATED ISSUES.
  • INSTALL, CONFIGURE, AND MAINTAIN COMPUTERS, SYSTEMS, AND APPLICATIONS.
  • TROUBLESHOOT TECHNICAL PROBLEMS AND PROVIDE TIMELY SOLUTIONS TO USERS.
  • MAINTAIN IT EQUIPMENT AND ENSURE SMOOTH SYSTEM OPERATIONS.
  • SUPPORT CCTV, EMAIL, INTERNET, AND NETWORK CONNECTIVITY WHEN REQUIRED.
  • MAINTAIN IT RECORDS, BACKUPS, AND SYSTEM SECURITY.

REQUIREMENTS

  • DIPLOMA OR DEGREE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, COMPUTER HARDWARE, NETWORKING, OR A RELATED FIELD.
  • 2-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE WILL BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.
  • GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTER HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, AND NETWORKING.
  • STRONG PROBLEM-SOLVING AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
  • ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND HANDLE MULTIPLE TASKS.
