OPERATIONS ASSISTANT - DISTILLERY

We are seeking a responsible and an attentive Operations Assistant for our distillery functions in Beruwala. The ideal candidate will perform a pivotal role to ensure a seamless routine operation while maintaining standards of quality and accountability, and upholding all regulatory and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the acceptance of raw materials (toddy) ensuring adherence to prescribed standards.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory control and maintenance of online stock management.
• Monitor stock movement and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with excise requirements. Lead and coordinate with operational associates to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, operational standards, and excise laws and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Passed G.C.E. A/L
• Certificate Level Qualification in Business Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution/university
• Minimum of 05 years' experience in a similar capacity in the beverage sector.
