JUNIOR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
REMOTE | CUSTOMER SERVICE – INBOUND & OUTBOUND CALLS
Smartzi, a dynamic UK-based passenger transportation company, is on the lookout for a proactive communicator to be part of our growing remote team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy making an impact, this role is for you!
Candidates must have their own laptop/device
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong team player with a collaborative spirit
- Self-driven, adaptable, and motivated
- Sales background (a plus, but not essential)
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring and distributing jobs to drivers
- Managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
- Coordinating seamlessly with clients, drivers, and internal teams
