Embark on an enriching journey with Uga, where authenticity meets excellence in hospitality. We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join us as Assistant Manager - Learning & Development in Uga Ulugala, Anuradhapura.
Responsibilities include daily operational observations to identify training needs, designing and developing training interventions including reskilling and upskilling, delivering exceptional training programs, and evaluating the return on training investment.
You will play a key role in upholding, enhancing, and streamlining our learning and development practices, ensuring that all training activities and resources are managed with accuracy, efficiency, and in support of our high learning standards. Your learning initiatives will create meaningful growth for staff and strengthen our reputation as a leader in Sri Lankan luxury hospitality.
