The Job:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
  • Create and design marketing collateral, including graphics, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Manage social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and responding to inquiries and comments.
  • Update and maintain websites using WordPress, ensuring content is current and engaging.
  • Use tools such as Canva to design and manage marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Update blogs and manage content to ensure consistent and relevant communication with the audience.

Requirements:

  • Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, online marketing platforms, and content management practices.
  • Good knowledge of website management and basic web design principles.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, including updating, maintaining, and managing website content.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with conversational proficiency in English.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or related areas will be an added advantage.
