Post of Accounts Assistant
S. K Creatives is well-established Construction related Repairs and Renovations Service Providing business since January 2020 and over 5 years of experiences. We have built a strong reputation for reliability and quality service. Our office is located at No. 5C, Rukmale, Pannipitiya.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the daily sales and Purchasing
- Preparing the Account Receivable and payable Report
- Follow up the outstanding and collect the Debtors
- Arrange the income Tax, SSCL, VAT etc..
- Arrange the supplier Payments
- Daily Bank Reconciliation and preparing a Report.
- Assist and Coordinate to prepare the Management Accounts
- Assist to maintain the Stock Control liras with Store staff
Qualification and Skills
- Part Qualification of Finance Accountancy such as CA/ CIMA/ ACCA or CMA
- Completion of AAT and/ or Degree in relevant sectors
- Knowledge in MS Office & Ability to work on Accounting software is must
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar Capacity Commercial Industry.
- Sound Communication Skills in both English & Sinhala Languages
- Excellent team work and ability work in team of staff
- Ability work in under Pressure and meet the dead line
- Age – on or before 35
