Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating transport and hotel bookings for crew and operations.
- Maintaining documents, records, and updating systems accurately.
- Monitoring emails and supporting the team with crew OKTB issuance processes.
- Handling port entry passes and assisting with vessel operations.
- Coordinating with ports, transport providers, and hotels to ensure smooth operations across all ports.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Diploma in Logistics & Transport will be considered an added advantage.
- Good speaking/writing in English and computer skills (MS Office & Outlook)
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Motorbike license
- Based in or near Colombo
