We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager – Bike Sales to strengthen and expand our motorcycle sales network island-wide.
POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – BIKE SALES
JOB PROFILE:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and dealer networks across the island
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for motorcycle sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key customers
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
- Plan and execute promotional and sales campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates
- Travel island-wide to manage and support regional sales operations
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry
- Strong knowledge of dealer management and market expansion strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Willingness to travel extensively across the island and own vehicle required
- Professional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be an added advantage
